Working with Dedication, Living with Joy! | 2024 Team Building Event

In the golden month of October, the skies are clear, and the breeze is gentle. The scent of sweet osmanthus mingles with the ripe rice fields.

On October 19th, the entire company gathered at a countryside campsite to embark on a unique and enjoyable outdoor team-building activity.

At 9:30 a.m., after all team-building participants had gathered, they arrived at the outdoor event site.

The beautiful, slightly wild, and romantic atmosphere of the venue greeted everyone, and they quickly immersed themselves in the activities.

The team-building event officially kicked off, and everyone's creativity instantly blossomed.

Following the game rules with a martial arts twist, everyone formed six teams and named each after one of six martial arts schools:

Huashan Sect,Shaolin Sect, Emei Sect, Quanzhen Sect, Wudang Sect, and the Beggar Sect.

Each team showed off their "martial arts skills" in three meticulously planned games:

"Drumming Up Inspiration," "Marble Relay," and"Frisbee Carnival," testing their teamwork and coordination.

During the game competitions, members of each "Sect" demonstrated their unique skills, cheering each other on.

From trial and error to smooth cooperation,they advanced together toward a common goal, overcoming challenges with laughter and camaraderie.

After a series of fun challenges and intense competition,

the team from the Production and Operations Department, dubbed the Beggar Sect, emerged as the champions!

After lunch, everyone enjoyed free time at the campsite.

Activities included a thrilling interactive CS game, outdoor karaoke, off-road driving through the fields, archery, as well as table tennis and billiards. There was something for everyone, combining excitement with relaxation.

Of all the beautiful experiences in the world, autumn team-building is one of them.

This team-building event concluded perfectly amid the scent of sweet osmanthus.

Like a gentle autumn breeze, it brought team members closer together in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

It allowed everyone to find a sense of belonging in the natural countryside, to relax and relieve stress from the fast-paced urban work life.

Moreover, it fostered a spirit of teamwork and mutual support, while exploring and promoting the company's corporate culture.
