It also has another manufacturing base and an independent advanced laboratory center at Wenling city in Zhejiang province which are planned 10 production lines, including 7 production lines for industrial modules and 3 production lines for new energy vehicle modules (EV-HPD and EV-DCM-1000). The production lines of Wenling manufacturing base are divided into 4 phases, and 3 production lines in the first phase have been put into place and commissioned, and the capacity can be about 3.25 million pieces per year.

It has a leading level in product development, technological innovation and quality management in industrial-grade and automotive-grade IGBT products packaged with DISCRETE, IPM and PIM, and high-end power module products using silicon carbide and gallium nitride materials. At present, its IGBT power module product series covers various types such as 34mm/62mm half-bridge, PIM, EconoDual, HP1, HPD, EPB, DCM and so on, which can be widely used in various high-performance and high-reliability application fields such as industrial control, power supply, white household appliances and new energy vehicles.
