Lin Guang, Minister of the Organization Department of Wenling, and his entourage visited 【 Lionsgate Microelectronics】

On the morning of April 16th, Lin Guang, Minister of Organization Department of Wenling, and his entourage from Wenling Human Resources and Social Security Bureau visited Lionsgate Microelectronics (Wenling) Co., Ltd. (“Lionsgate Microelectronics”), accompanied by Yuan Dewei, General Manager of the company, and the persons in charge of human resource and administration of Wenling manufacturing factory.

Mr. Yuan introduced to Minister Lin and his entourage the development status of the company since its establishment and the company's strategic plan to build a smart factory in the semiconductor power module manufacturing base. He accompanied them to visit the clean workshop and explained the commissioning results of the company's phase I automatic flexible production line.

After the workshop visit, Minister Lin highly appreciated our talent concept of “knowing your people and make the best use of them" and lean production management at the Government-Enterprise Talent Exchange symposium, and said that talents are the core competitiveness for enterprise development and Wenling will continue to give full play to Wenling's talent policy, build a perfect human resources platform and provide enterprises with one-stop, high-quality and diversified services for semiconductor industry.
